• E-PME Study Guide - E-PME is a holistic education system that provides a continuum of leadership training based on successive pay grades. It enables Coast Guard enlisted personnel to acquire the knowledge, skills, and ability required for positions of greater responsibility within the organization. This education is separate from a member’s particular occupation specialty or expertise, e.g., electrician, mechanic.
