The Citizen Militia

This CD contains training and instructional manuals and books that can be very useful when organizing and training a militia unit. The first paragraph of the main manual "How To Start and Train a Militia Unit" by Major George Westmoreland, USMC Ret., pretty much explains why a CD of this kind is needed:

The cardinal rule for initially setting up your militia unit is to work with people you trust and have known for a long time. This does not guarantee that someone will not blab their head off if coerced by experienced interrogators, but it definitely helps."
